Support — Android apps

One person answers this, usually within a few days. Writing in English gets the fastest reply.
To report a bug, the three things that help most: the name of the app, your phone model and Android version, and what you did just before it went wrong.
Before you write
"I lost my data."
These apps store everything on your device only. Uninstalling, clearing the app's storage, or resetting the phone erases it, and there is no cloud copy to restore from. That is why every app has an export button — use it, and keep the export somewhere else.
"I forgot my vault code."
There is no recovery. The photo vault's encryption key lives in the Android Keystore and is released only by your code. No master key exists, and I cannot create one. This is the property that makes the vault worth using, and it cuts both ways.
"It asks for a permission I don't want to give."
Deny it. Every app keeps working without its optional permissions, minus the feature that needs one. The complete permission list of every app is on the privacy page.
"Is it sending my data anywhere?"
Nine of the ten apps do not hold the Android internet permission, so the operating system refuses them a network connection. You can verify this yourself in the app's permission list on its AppGallery page. The tenth, the offline maps app, uses the network only to download a map region you explicitly choose.
Known limits
- Text recognition, translation and transcription are approximate. Check anything that matters before acting on it.
- Offline map data is bundled and dated. It is a hiking aid, not a navigation authority.
- Prayer times are computed from your coordinates and the calculation method you choose. Confirm them with your local authority.
- Biometric unlock appears only where Android reports a strong enrolled biometric. Otherwise your code is the only way in, which is intended.
Requests
Feature requests are welcome and are read. A request that would add tracking, an account, or a network connection to an app that has none will be declined — that is the point of these apps.
